The Job Our Consultants: · Meet with Customers to determine their automotive needs · Assess their financial and credit circumstances and desires · Develop a financial automotive plan for the Customer including vehicle selection, financing source optimization and financing structure · Complete the sale · Paper the transaction · Obtain all credit and financing approvals · Deliver the vehicle The Rewards Our Consultants: · Have the opportunity to earn above average income ($50K plus) · Are paid bi-weekly · Receive a monthly performance bonus · Work in a supportive, friendly, team atmosphere · Receive strong management support · Are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including drug, dental, life and disability insurance · Have the opportunity to drive a company vehicle · Have the opportunity for career growth into a Management position.
