Job Overview:
 Flooring Sales – Service customers who are shopping for flooring.
 Direct experience not necessary- WE WILL TRAIN
 Some retail experience / design and decorating experience helpful.
 Flexible hours: days/evenings, and 1 day of weekend

Earnings: $30, 000.00 plus commission

Main Duties:
 Answer questions from and provide information to customers about flooring.
 Assist customers with flooring choices - explaining features and benefits of various types of flooring.
 Help customers with their choice through decorating advice.
 Call on customers at their home or workplace to measure and calculate flooring estimates.
 Write up customer order.
 Produce sketches of work to be done and complete all necessary paperwork. Additional Duties:
 Maintain showroom by keeping samples and displays neat, current, and clean.
 Answer phones.
 Prospect for new business.

Employment Requirements:
 High School diploma (minimum)- Interior Design diploma an asset
 Design training and/or experience an asset.
 Retail experience an asset.
 Ability to interact easily with customers.
 Vehicle required – customer visits for measuring/estimating and finalizing sales.
 Must be able to travel for training.
