Production Supervisor

Ensure production schedules are met. Follow-up and deal with any problems that may occur.
Co-ordinate the various department schedules, products and manpower to ensure that the production in the plant runs smoothly.
Check throughout shift to ensure that proper methods and procedures are being used and that quality, safety, environment standards are being met.
Provide assistance in scheduling, resolving production and manpower problems.
Provides orientation and training as required to ensure an effective and efficient work force.
Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Company standards and following up on regular inspections.
Responsible for supervising all production departments in the plant, including sanitation, maintenance & shipping.
Assist in all testing of new equipment, methods and or products.
Additional responsibilities may be added to better satisfy the needs of the business.
