LEAN SPECIALIST

LEAN SPECIALIST

The LEAN Specialist is a strategist, educator, motivator and change agent accountable for
integrating LEAN methodology into the fabric of the SCHR utilizing a systems improvement
model. This vital role will be specifically responsible for teaching, planning, facilitating and
measuring system process improvement leveraging LEAN principles and practices.

Applicants should possess an undergraduate degree in business administration, systems
management (Engineering or Operations Management), and/or a health related field and a
Black Belt or Green Belt certificate in LEAN Six Sigma with at least 3-5 years experience.
