Portfolio Manager - Oracle E-Business - London, Ontario Oversees execution and completion of information technology solutions projects. Manages client relationship ensuring customer satisfaction. Oversees performance of the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software system, or system integration project or engagement. Provides budget analysis, labor planning and coordination of activities between client and company personnel. Typically utilizes management skills more than technical skills. Serves as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products to clients. Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. In this role, direct people management responsibility is typically required.Responsible for the functional support and maintenance of the supported portfolio applications. Manage a CSC staff, providing direction and guidance to project managers, business analysts, and developers. Manage client relationship for support and new business development. Responsible for meeting financial objectives and service level agreements for CSC supported applications. Responsible for the accuracy of the budget and forecast and for achieving the targeted results. Qualifications: Must have experience: Oracle E-Business 5+ yrs of client management experience 3 + yrs of supervisory experience with software development and system integration activities 3+ yrs if department management experience with budget and deliverable requirements Prior Government or DOD experience helpful Prior consulting experience helpful On-Site London Ontario Required
